Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Milo Pet Supply! We’re dedicated to getting your pet’s favorites delivered safely and on time. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).
For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Please note that these are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control (such as weather or holidays).
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also log into your account on our website to view tracking updates.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your local post office or neighbors first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us at customercare@milopetsupply.com and we’ll be happy to help.
4. Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we currently ship only within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
If you realize an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at customercare@milopetsupply.com.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address or issue a refund for items delivered to an incorrect address.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
7. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
